Terms of Service

1. The service

DM Growth Platform ("we", "us") provides an online tool for generating client-ready marketing audit reports and proposals, with lead tracking, follow-ups and budget planning. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate information, including billing details.

3. Free trial and paid plans

New accounts can generate 2 documents (audit reports or proposals) free of charge. After that a paid plan is required to generate more.

To stop the free trial being used repeatedly, we limit it to 3 new accounts from the same network (IP address) in any 7 days. For this we keep a one-way (hashed) record of the network an account was created from — not the address itself — and use it for no other purpose. An account created beyond that limit can still be used on a paid plan, and you can contact us if you think a free trial was refused by mistake.

Plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR), one month at a time: Freelancer ₹1,499 for 15 documents, Agency ₹2,999 for 30 documents, and Business at a price and document limit agreed with us. Listed prices include applicable taxes (GST); if you give a valid GSTIN at checkout, 18% GST is added to the listed price (after any discount) and shown before you pay.

A paid period lasts one month from the date of payment, or until you have used all documents included in that period — whichever happens first. To continue, you purchase a new period. Unused documents do not carry over, and plans do not renew automatically.

A "document" is each new audit report or proposal you generate. Editing an existing document into a new version, downloading it again, or deleting it does not add or return documents.

Monthly client reports are separate from documents: each paid plan includes its own allowance of monthly reports per paid period (not available on the free trial). Creating a report uses one; editing, downloading or sharing it does not, and deleting one does not give it back. If you share a monthly report by link, anyone who has the link can read it until you stop sharing — you are responsible for who you send it to.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A discount code can be used on a purchase if it is valid for the plan, and each code can be used once per account unless stated otherwise.

4A. Lead Database

The Lead Database lets you buy business leads, priced per lead (one price for India and one for other countries, shown before you pay and inclusive of taxes). The leads on offer are leads added by other users of the platform (see section 5). Bought leads are added to your own Leads list, tagged Purchased, and are not offered to you again.

Leads are supplied as they are. We try to keep them accurate but cannot promise that every phone number or email is current or that a lead will respond or buy. The same lead may be sold to more than one user until its owner or a buyer marks it as won.

You are responsible for contacting leads lawfully — including honouring opt-outs and following the data-protection and anti-spam rules that apply to you and to the person you contact (for example India's DPDP Act). You may use leads for your own business only; you may not resell or republish them.

5. Your content

You own the leads, notes and documents you create. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service to you.

By creating an account you also agree that the contact and business details of the leads you add (name, business name, email, phone, WhatsApp, gender, country, state, city, address, industry, website and lead source) may be offered for sale to other users through the Lead Database, starting 24 hours after you add a lead and ending when the lead is marked as won. You will not see your own leads in the Lead Database, and we do not pay for or share revenue from these sales. Your private notes, deal status, budgets, quotes, follow-ups, reports, proposals and documents are never shared. Leads our administrators add to the Lead Database for sale are sold too; other leads our administrators keep in their own accounts are not.

You are responsible for having the right to use, and to share as described above, any client or business information you enter. Only add people you may lawfully include.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no sharing your account with people outside your business, and no reselling access without our written agreement.

7. Accuracy of generated documents

Forecasts, scores and recommendations in generated documents are estimates based on benchmark data and the inputs you provide. They are not guarantees of results. Please review every document before sharing it with a client.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these Terms or our prices; changes apply to purchases made after the update. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
